WCS London Waiver and Media Release *

I understand that participation in dance classes involves physical activity and the risk of personal injury, including the risks associated with Covid. I am physically and psychologically ready to participate in dance and voluntarily assume all risks associated with class participation and social dancing. I understand that it is my responsibility to make the teachers aware of any limitations I have and to not push myself beyond those limitations. By signing this form, I release West Coast Swing London, its officers and any of its teachers from any and all claims, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of actions which may arise from my participation in classes and social dancing.

I understand that West Coast Swing London may use photographs and/or videos of classes and social dancing for promotional purposes (e.g., on posters, social media). I give WCS London my permission to use my image for these purposes. I will not share videos of material covered in class without the permission of the instructor.
