When: 6 Mondays, starting July 18, 2022

Proof of vaccination will be required and you must sign up with a partner.

I understand that the classes involve physical activity that I may find strenuous and I understand the risks and dangers associated with this type of activity. I am physically and psychologically ready to participate in the classes and do so voluntarily.
